You've probably heard about cascading style sheets, but you may not be sure why you should start using them.
A cascading style sheet is a set of instructions that tells the Web browser how to display different HTML elements. You can use multiple style sheets to customize the display of your Web site for different browsers, different platforms, and different devices.
With CSS, you can also create special effects, including text rollovers, as well as control the placement of graphics, and design the layout of a page.
