  • Download all files at once by using Outlook 2007.
  • Open your files from within Outlook as read-only.
  • Edit your files from within Outlook and then update the originals in the SharePoint library.
  • Know how to use Check Out in conjunction with this feature.

Before you take this course, we recommend:

  • Taking Document libraries I in this series or having the ability to add and edit files in a SharePoint library.
  • Taking Document libraries II in this series or having the ability to check out, edit, and check in files.
  • Taking Document libraries III in this series or having the ability to open and restore previous versions.
  • Taking Document libraries IV in this series or having the ability to check in a file using the Server menu on the Microsoft Office Button.
You must also have the ability to navigate around Outlook 2007 and know how to move messages and open them.
