AUDIO TEXT

It's one thing to create a project. It can be an entirely different matter to communicate it to others effectively. Team collaboration and reporting often fail if you can't get the information out for others to see.

This course will teach you how to present your project effectively by exporting your Project information to Word, PowerPoint, or Visio, or by putting it on a Web page.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

This course assumes you already know how to create tasks and assign durations. See the Project Guide in Project 2007 for step-by-step help with defining your tasks, assigning durations, and linking tasks.

You must have Visio 2000 or later, Word 2000 or later, or PowerPoint 2000 or later installed in order to complete the practice sessions.
