  • Keep items on the slide from printing.
  • Keep background graphics from printing.

ABOUT THIS COURSE

This course includes:

  • One self-paced lesson and one practice session for hands-on experience.
  • A test (not scored) at the end of the lesson.
  • A Quick Reference Card you can take away from the course.
COURSE TEXT

You can print your presentations in full color, in shades of gray, or in basic black and white. Find out which choice suits your printer, and which is best for you.

Get to know the color menu, where you can see what your choices are, and what their results will look like.

For black and white printing, customize your grayscale settings to get the best look for all items on the slide — or to hide some items from printing at all. Hide background graphics from printing regardless of your color menu choice.

To get the specifics, read this page fully. Then click Next to start.
