AUDIO TEXT

Are you tired of being pestered by e-mail messages from people you don't know, trying to sell you products or services that you don't want? We've all seen them: messages about soap that will make you thin, loans that will make you rich, or pills that will make your small parts big or your big parts small. (Never mind that you don't even have those parts!) It's junk e-mail, often called "spam," and it's as ridiculous as it is relentless.

If you feel as if someone else is in control of your Inbox, take a deep breath and know that help is near. Outlook 2003 includes powerful tools that will help you slice the spam and recapture your Inbox.
