GOALS

After completing this course you will be able to:

  • Find your Business Contact Manager data in Outlook (and understand where that data is stored).
  • Easily capture and retrieve the complete history of your business transactions and related files by looking up a business contact or account in Business Contact Manager.
  • See the relationships between Accounts and Business Contacts (and know how to distinguish the two).
  • Import or add contact and account information to Business Contact Manager.
