A new look for the calendar

Calendar in Week view
AUDIO TEXT

We hope that when you look at the new design of the calendar in Outlook 2007 you'll instantly notice that it's easier to see what's what. Moving around is easier too. Here are some examples:

Callout 1 Bigger buttons make it easier to quickly switch between daily, weekly, and monthly calendar views.
Callout 2 Back and Forward buttons let you quickly go to the next day, week, or month in the calendar.
Callout 3 Also new is a Tasks area. You can use this area to track your accomplishments: Completed items on this list appear crossed out and "stick" to the day; tasks not marked as complete will automatically be carried over to the next day, until you complete them.

For more information about the Outlook calendar, see the Quick Reference Card at the end of this course.
