Now it's your turn to practice doing basic tasks in Outlook. For one exercise, you'll work with sample data in the form of a practice contact that will be downloaded to your computer.

About the practice session

When you click Practice in Outlook, Outlook will open, a practice file will download to your computer, and a separate window with practice instructions will appear. You'll open the practice file from within Outlook.

Note    You need to have Outlook 2007 installed on your computer.

Before you begin

Make sure to close Outlook if it is already running.
