Promote selected entry Promote button Button image to move the entry to the left by one level; Promote to Heading 1Button image to move it all the way to Heading 1 SHIFT+TAB, or ALT+SHIFT+LEFT ARROW Also on the Outlining toolbar, click the outline level you want in the Outline Level list Outline level list box.
Move selected entry up Move Up button Button image ALT+SHIFT+UP ARROW Drag the entry to its new location.
Move selected entry down Move Down button Button image ALT+SHIFT+DOWN ARROW Drag the entry to its new location.
Expand an entry so that its sub-entries are shown Expand button Button image ALT+SHIFT+PLUS SIGN (+) (this shortcut opens the next level, the other methods open all the subordinate levels) Double-click the plus sign Expand symbol (plus) next to the entry.
Collapse an entry so that it's sub-entries are hidden Collapse button Button image ALT+SHIFT+MINUS SIGN (-) (this shortcut collapses one level, the other methods collapse all the subordinate levels) Double-click the plus sign Expand symbol (plus) next to the top-level entry.
