Often the same element across multiple pages needs to change. In this example, Jeff Smith, the CEO of Championzone, is leaving the company. Now each page needs the name of his replacement, Jane Clayton.

Opening each page and making the change can take a long time, especially if the Web site contains many pages. That's when the Find and Replace feature really comes in handy.
