Now that you've thought a bit about the impact your sent messages can make, we want you to think of the flip side. That is, the format of messages that come to you.

Do you wonder why you sometimes see red Xs in your messages instead of pictures? The Xs are related to message format, too. Do you wish you could choose whether to see formatting in messages, or read them only in Plain Text format? You can! With Outlook, you can control how you see the messages you receive.
