COURSE TEXT

It's important to understand the possible relationships between controls and data. Some controls are directly linked to data, able to display, enter, or change it immediately. Some controls use data but do not affect it. And some controls do not depend on source data at all.

When you understand these types of controls, you can make informed decisions about which to use. Access makes it easy to assign relationships and to select or change their details.
