In most organizations, if you keep your e-mail on a server, such as Microsoft Exchange Server, an upper limit for mailbox size is set by a system administrator.

Even if you don't keep your e-mail on a server, you probably still care about e-mail bloat. It's hard to find that one message if you've got a trillion messages to sort through.
