How do you swap one graphic layout for another?
On the Insert tab, click SmartArt, and apply a layout from the gallery.
Right-click the graphic, and click Convert to SmartArt from the shortcut menu.
Select the graphic, and apply a different layout from the Layouts group on the Design tab within SmartArt Tools.
You can work from the Text pane to add or remove a shape from the graphic.
