Alles verbergen

Hieronder volgt een lijst met locaties waar Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 informatie opslaat.

Een aantal van deze mappen kan verborgen zijn. Als u verborgen mappen wilt weergeven, doet u het volgende:

• Windows Vista  
1. Klik in Windows op de knop Start en klik vervolgens op Configuratiescherm.
2. Klik op Vormgeving aan persoonlijke voorkeur aanpassen.

    Opmerking   Als u de klassieke weergave van Configuratiescherm gebruikt, dubbelklikt u op Mapopties en gaat u naar stap 4.

3. Klik op Mapopties.
4. Ga naar het tabblad Weergave en selecteer bij Geavanceerde instellingen, Bestanden en mappen en Verborgen bestanden en mappen de optie Verborgen bestanden en mappen weergeven.
• Microsoft Windows XP  
1. Klik op de knop Start en vervolgens op Configuratiescherm.
2. Klik op Mapopties.

   

3. Klik op het tabblad Weergave en schakel Verborgen bestanden en mappen weergeven in.

Het is mogelijk dat uw configuratie niet alle volgende bestanden bevat. Sommige bestanden worden alleen gemaakt wanneer u Outlook-functies aanpast.

Bestand met offlinemappen (.OST)

Het OST-bestand wordt gesynchroniseerd met de items op de server waarop Microsoft Exchange wordt uitgevoerd. Aangezien uw gegevens opgeslagen blijven op de Exchange-server, kunt u dit OST-bestand opnieuw maken op een nieuwe computer zonder dat u een back-up hoeft te maken van het OST-bestand.

 Opmerking   Persoonlijke adresboeken (.PAB) worden in Office Outlook 2007 niet meer ondersteund. Wanneer u een upgrade naar Office Outlook 2007 uitvoert, wordt u gevraagd om eventuele PAB-bestanden in Contactpersonen te importeren. Als u beslist om het PAB-bestand niet meteen te importeren, kunt u het later importeren met de opdracht Importeren en exporteren in het menu Bestand.

 Opmerking   Als u een upgrade naar Office Outlook 2007 hebt uitgevoerd van een Outlook-versie van vóór Microsoft Outlook 2002, staat er misschien een RWZ-bestand op de vaste schijf van uw computer. Dit RWZ-bestand is niet meer nodig en de informatie over regels wordt nu bewaard op de server waarop Microsoft Exchange wordt uitgevoerd en in het bestand met persoonlijke mappen (.PST) (bestand met persoonlijke mappen (.pst): gegevensbestand voor opslag van uw berichten en andere items op uw computer. U kunt een .pst-bestand opgeven als standaardlocatie voor e-mailberichten. In een PST-bestand kunt u ook reservekopieën van items opslaan en deze sorteren.) POP3 (POP3: een algemeen gebruikt protocol voor het ophalen van e-mailberichten van een e-mailserver op internet.)- en IMAP (IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol): in tegenstelling tot e-mailprotocollen voor internet, zoals POP3, maakt IMAP alleen mappen aan op een server. In deze mappen worden berichten opgeslagen en gerangschikt, zodat ze kunnen worden opgehaald door andere computers. U kunt alleen berichtkoppen lezen en selecteren welke berichten u wilt downloaden.)-e-mailaccounts. U kunt het bestand dus verwijderen.

Als u de functie voor het importeren en exporteren van regels gebruikt, is de standaardlocatie voor RWZ-bestanden station:\Documents and Settings\gebruiker\Mijn documenten.
