View your bill for Office 365

You can view your billing statement or invoice for information about your Office 365 subscription charges. You can also print or save your bill.

Your bill will appear in one of two ways. Please refer to the steps that match your experience in the Office 365 portal:

View your bill

 Note    You need to be a global or billing admin to view your billing statement for Office 365 Enterprise or Office 365 Midsize Business. You just need to be an admin to view your billing statement for Office 365 Small Business.

To view your billing statement or billing history

  1. Go to the Subscriptions page (or click Admin > Licensing or Admin >Manage and purchase licensing), and then click your subscription name.

  1. On the Subscription details page, click View bill.

  1. In your Online Bill, you can:
    1. Select the Billing Period you want see charges for. You can view charges for current and previous months.
    2. Change View Type to see charges by product or by line item.
    3. View a graph of Billing History to compare your charges over time.
    4. View the amount of licenses you were charged for by clicking the name of your subscription under Current Charges.

Print or save your bill

You can access and print the .pdf invoice for your orders.

  1. In the upper right corner of the Online Bill page, click Printable Invoices.

  1. Choose a Billing Period, and then click the invoice you want to print.

  1. Print or save your .pdf from the PDF reader program.

Another way to view, print, or save your bill

 Note    You need to be a global or billing admin to view your billing statement for Office 365 Enterprise or Office 365 Midsize Business. You just need to be an admin to view your billing statement for Office 365 Small Business.

To view your billing statement or billing history

  1. Go to the Subscriptions page (or click Admin > Licensing or Admin > Manage and purchase licensing), and then click Billing.

  1. On the Billing page, choose the month and date of the invoice you would like to review, and then click View.

  1. Click View Details
  2. On the Order Details page:
  • To print or save a PDF copy of the invoice, click View Invoice (.pdf)
  • To expand details, click the down arrow next to the subscription name
