STORE DESCRIPTION
Sensei’s Task Analyzer app helps eliminate slowdowns and avoid unforeseen issues with your project by identifying and resolving potential problems before they appear. It submits your tasks to a series of checks designed to reveal issues with your project and suggest remedies. If your schedule is lacking a complete baseline, for example, the Analyzer will generate an alert indicating this. If you select the “Checks” action, the app will examine your schedule, tasks, and links for compliance with the Project Management Institute’s Practice Standards for WBS and Scheduling. From there, each issue can be marked for appropriate action. It’s a quick and effective tool to help you avoid potential pitfalls and ensure your project stays on track. Online guidance is also available for further analysis and support.
PROVIDER DESCRIPTION
The Sensei Task Analyzer™ helps to ensure a high quality schedule by analyzing each task for potential issues. The ‘Checks’ in the Task Analyzer are based on industry standards and best practices, including Sensei’s Proactive Scheduling™ and the Project Management Institute’s Practice Standards for WBS and Scheduling.

Select a task in the schedule to see potential issues. Once they have been resolved, the Task Analyzer will mark the tasks as “100% Compliant”.

The Task Analyzer™ performs checks for Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Resources, Link and Schedule compliance items. Set your defaults to match organizational scheduling standards and ignore those checks that are not relevant.

Individual ‘checks’ can also be ignored temporarily during the planning process only to be activated at a later date.
