  1. Click the Microsoft Office ButtonButton image, and then click Print.

     Important   If you don't see the Microsoft Office ButtonButton image, click Print on the File menu.

    Keyboard shortcut  To display the Print dialog box, press CTRL+P.

  2. Click the options that you want, such as the number of pages or which pages you want to print.

 Tip   Applies to programs that use the Microsoft Office Fluent user interface: To print without using the Print dialog box, click the Microsoft Office ButtonButton image, point to the arrow next to Print, and then click Quick Print.

SharePoint Designer

  • On the File menu, point to Print, and then click Print.

    Keyboard shortcut  To display the Print dialog box, press CTRL+P.
