Inserts the file name of the document's template (template: A file or files that contain the structure and tools for shaping such elements as the style and page layout of finished files. For example, Word templates can shape a single document, and FrontPage templates can shape an entire Web site.), using information from the Summary tab in the Properties dialog box (File menu).

To print information such as "Document: Harbor Development Proposal.doc, based on the RFP Project.dot document template" on each page of a document, insert the following text and fields in a header or footer (header and footer: A header, which can consist of text or graphics, appears at the top of every page in a section. A footer appears at the bottom of every page. Headers and footers often contain page numbers, chapter titles, dates, and author names.):
