Switch pens
 

You must be running Microsoft Office 2003 on a Tablet PC (Tablet PC: A computer that runs Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition. With a Tablet PC, you can write directly on the screen by using a tablet pen and use the pen to perform mouse functions. Also known as a tablet computer.) to use this feature.

  1. If the Ink Drawing and Writing or Ink Annotations toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.) isn't showing, tap the ink (ink: The writing or drawing strokes made with a tablet pen or mouse.) to display the toolbar.
  2. On the Ink Drawing and Writing or Ink Annotations toolbar, tap the arrow next to pen name Button image, where pen name describes the type and color of pen, such as Felt Tip (Blue).
  3. Select a pen.

Note  You cannot switch pens in comment balloons in Microsoft Word.
