To change the PDF file, do one of the following procedures:

• Open the original Office file in your Office program, make your changes, and then save the file in PDF format again.
• Use Adobe Acrobat. For more information, see Adobe Acrobat.

Portable Document Format (PDF) is a common format for sharing final versions of documents. Most PDF files are similar to read-only; they can be read but not changed. To create and save PDF files, when using most Office programs, see 2007 Microsoft Office Add-in: Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS.
