How to get the answers you need from Help

Applies to
Microsoft Word 2000

When you have a question about an Office program, you can ask the Office Assistant for help. For example, if you want to see information about how to save a document as a Web page, you can type save document in the Office Assistant balloon. However, typing something more specific, such as save a document as a Web page, will provide you with better feedback. If the Office Assistant is turned off, you can type your question on the Answer Wizard tab in the Help window, and then click Search.

The natural language technology in Office allows you to ask the Office Assistant for help in your own words, without having to know the correct computer terminology.
