How do you create your own list design?
You can't. You can only use the built-in designs and ones you can download from Office Online.
In the Bullets Library or Numbering Library, click Define New Bullet or Define New Number Format.
Click the arrow next to the Bullets or Numbering command.
On the Insert tab, click the New List command.
