  1. On the File menu, click Print Preview.
  2. In the Print Preview and Settings dialog box, select the options that you want before you print.

Outlook

  1. Open the item you want to print.
  2. Click the Microsoft Office ButtonButton image, point to the arrow next to Print, and then click Print Preview.
  3. Click the buttons on the Ribbon, which is a part of the Microsoft Office Fluent user interface, to preview the page or make changes before you print.
