You can specify whether to send an email to a user when an issue has been assigned to that user and when the issue has been modified.
- On the top link bar, click Documents and Lists.
- Click the issues list for which you want to turn email notification on or off.
- Click Modify settings and columns on the left side bar.
- Under General Settings, click Change general settings.
To turn on email notification
Click Yes for Email Notification.
To turn off email notification
Click No for Email Notification.
- Click OK.
