In the first course in this series, we talked about the importance of letting others know about your shared calendar, and we showed you how to send a link from your Web browser. Once the calendar is connected to Outlook, you can send a similar message right from Outlook. The recipient will be able to connect to the shared calendar, again right from Outlook.
