Note To complete the steps listed below, you must be a site administrator or a member of a site group with the Manage Lists right.
- On the page displaying the list or library for which you want to approve or reject items, click Approve/reject Items.
- Point to the item you want to approve or reject, click the down arrow on the menu that appears, and then click Approve/reject.
- Click on either Approve, Reject, or Pending.
- Type a comment (optional) explaining why you approved, rejected, or left the item pending.
- Click OK.
