For best results with printing your spreadsheet, use the Print command in Excel Web App, not your browser’s Print command. You don’t have to print the whole sheet; you can select just the cells you want.
- If you want to print a range of cells, select them.
- On the File tab, click Print. (If popups are blocked, unblock them, and then start over at step 1)
- Click Print.
If you selected a range of cells, but you want the whole worksheet after all, switch to Entire Sheet before you hit Print.
