Change Visio window color settings
 

You can change background colors in the drawing window, stencil window, print preview window, full-screen view, drawing page, and shape names in stencils.

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Advanced tab, click Color Settings.
  3. Choose the color options you want.
  4. Click OK.
