Enter data in the custom properties of a page
 
  1. Click in any blank area of the page to make sure that nothing is selected.
  2. On the Shape menu, click Custom Properties.
  3. Note  If the page does not have any custom properties, a message appears asking if you want to define custom properties. Click Yes to open the Define Custom Properties dialog box. After you have finished adding custom properties, click OK to continue.

  4. Click in each custom property box, and then type or select a value.
  5. Note  If available, information about the custom property is displayed under Prompt.

  6. Click OK.
