Resize a floating menu or toolbar
 
  1. Place your pointer on the edge of a floating menu or toolbar until you see a double-headed arrow Horizontal double-headed arrow cursor image or Vertical double-headed arrow cursor image.
  2. Drag the edge of the floating window to resize it.
