1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Do one of the following:
• Pause the mouse pointer over a Microsoft Office Visio file name.
• Right-click a Visio file name, and then click Properties.

You can also see the properties of a Visio file from the Visio Open dialog box. On the Views menu, click Properties.

To see the properties of an open file, on the File menu, click Properties.
