Create a master for each record in a database table
 
  1. On the Tools menu, point to Add-Ons, point to Visio Extras, and then click Database Wizard.
  2. On the first wizard page, click Next.
  3. Choose Generate new masters from a database.
  4. Follow the remaining wizard pages.
  5. After you finish the wizard, save the stencil containing the linked masters with a name and location that's easy to find later.
  6. Close the stencil after saving it, then reopen it to use it in a drawing.
