Create a drawing that represents a database table
 
  1. Create a master that is linked to a database table.
  2. ShowHow

  3. On the Tools menu, point to Add-Ons, point to Visio Extras, and then click Database Wizard.
  4. On the first wizard page, click Next.
  5. Choose Create a linked drawing or modify an existing one.
  6. Choose Create a drawing which represents a database table.
  7. Choose Create new drawing.
  8. Once you reach the Select a Visio master shape screen, click Browse and navigate to the stencil you saved in Step 1. (When you save a stencil, the My Shapes folder is the default location.)
  9. Follow the remaining wizard pages.
