Enter data in the custom properties of a shape
 
  1. Select the shape to which you want to add data.
  2. On the Shape menu, click Custom Properties.
  3. Note  If the shape does not have any custom properties, a message appears asking if you want to define custom properties. Click Yes to open the Define Custom Properties dialog box. After you have finished adding custom properties, click OK to continue.

  4. Click each custom property box, and then type or select a value.
  5. Note  If available, information about the custom property is displayed under Prompt.
