Delete markup
 
  1. Open the Reviewing task pane, if it is not already open.
  2. ShowHow

  3. If the text at the top of the Reviewing task pane says Current Reviewer, stop markup tracking by clicking Track Markup at the bottom of the task pane.
  4. Under Show Markup Overlays, make sure the check box next to the name of each reviewer whose markup you want to delete is selected.
  5. Note  If you don't see any reviewers' names, on the View menu, click Markup.

  6. Do one of the following:
  7. ShowDelete individual markup

    ShowDelete all markup for a reviewer on the current page

    ShowDelete all markup on the current page

    ShowDelete all markup in the document

Note  If you want to delete your own markup while you're reviewing the document and Track Markup is enabled, select the markup you want to delete in the markup list on the Reviewing task pane, and then press DELETE.
