Choose a style sheet for a Visio Web page

When you save a drawing as a Web page, you can assign the page a style sheet with color scheme styles that match the color schemes available in Microsoft Office Visio. The styles affect the appearance of the left navigation frame and reports.

If you are saving a drawing that has a particular color scheme applied to it, you can match that scheme by choosing a style sheet of the same name.

You can also assign your own style sheets to a Web page or modify the style sheets provided with Visio for your own use.

  1. On the File menu, click Save as Web Page.
  2. In the Save in list, open the folder where you want to save the file.
  3. In the File name box, type a name for the Web page file.
  4. Click Publish.
  5. In the Save as Web Page dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
  6. Under Style sheet, select a style from the list or browse (or type) to specify the .css file that you want to use for the Visio Web page.
  7. Click OK.
