Change the name or initials used in markup
 
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the General tab.
  2. Under User information, type the name and initials you want to use in your own markup.

Note  If you already added markup to a drawing before changing your name or initials, the next time you open that drawing to add markup, a new markup overlay is created and a new color is assigned to you.
