Show or hide markup
 
  1. Open the Reviewing task pane, if it is not already open.
  2. ShowHow

  3. If markup tracking is off and you don't see any reviewers' names under Show Markup Overlays, on the View menu, click Markup.
  4. Note  If the Markup command is not available, Track Markup is enabled and you can view markup.

  5. Under Show Markup Overlays on the Reviewing task pane, do any of the following:
    • To show markup overlays for all reviewers, click Show All.
    • To hide markup overlays for all reviewers, click Hide All.
    • To show or hide markup overlays for an individual reviewer, select or clear the check box next to the reviewer's name.

Notes

  • If Track Markup is enabled, you cannot hide your own markup overlay.
  • The selections you make in step 3 are not saved with the drawing.
