You can print only the part of your drawing that's showing in the program window.

1. Position the part of the drawing you want to print in the Microsoft Office Visio program window.
2. On the File menu, click Print.
3. Under Page range, select Current View.

Note  The Size to fit on one sheet option ignores the scale settings on the Page Size tab of the Page Setup dialog box, and fits the portion of the drawing that's showing in your program window exactly to one piece of printer paper.

4. Click OK.
