Note Because macros can contain viruses, be careful about running them. Among the precautions you take, be sure to run up-to-date antivirus software on your computer, use digital signatures, and maintain a list of trusted sources of macros.
- On the Tools menu, point to Macros, and then click Macros.
- In the Macros dialog box, click the name of the macro you want to run.
If you don't see the macro you want to run in the list, select a different document in the Macros in box.
- Click Run.
Note You also can run the macro without using the Macros dialog box by pressing CTRL+key, where key represents the shortcut key you assigned for the macro.
