Create a new property report definition
 
  1. On the Tools menu, click Reports.
  2. Click New.
  3. Follow the instructions in the Report Definition wizard to create a new report definition.
  4. When the wizard finishes and you return to the Reports dialog box, click Run to generate the report or Close to close the dialog box.
