Below are the requirements your computer needs to meet to run each edition of Visio 2000.

Microsoft Visio 2000 Standard Edition

Component Requirement
Computer/processor Computer with a Pentium 166-megahertz (MHz) or higher processor
Memory For Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 98:
16 megabytes (MB) of RAM for the operating system, plus 16 MB of RAM for Visio 2000 Standard Edition For Microsoft Windows NT:
32 MB of RAM for the operating system, plus 16 MB of RAM for Visio 2000 Standard Edition
Hard disk 80 MB of available hard-disk space
Drive CD-ROM drive
Display VGA or higher resolution monitor; Super VGA recommended
Operating system Windows 95 or later, Microsoft Windows NT Workstation, or Microsoft Windows NT Server version 4.0 with Service Pack 3 or later
