You can change the orientation of text in Visio drawings by using the Text Block tool to rotate text.

You can rotate text to any angle.

To rotate text

1. On the Standard toolbar, click the Text Block tool .

2. If you don't see the tool, on the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Standard.

3. Click the text in a shape or independent text that you want to rotate.
4. Drag a rotation handle until the text is rotated the way you want.
