You can use the Dotted-line report shape to show that a person or position reports to more than one manager in your organization chart.
- From Organization Chart Shapes, drag a Dotted-line report shape onto the page.
- Drag an endpoint on the Dotted-line report shape to a blue connection point
on the subordinate shape, and then drag the other endpoint to the shape you want the subordinate shape to report to.
A dashed line distinguishes this secondary reporting relationship in your organization chart.
Note You can create as many dotted line reporting relationships as you like. However, each shape in your organization chart has only one primary reporting connection.
