How to connect to a data source.
Now for the second step, connecting to your data source.
Start by clicking
Link Data to Shapes on the
Data menu. You'll be asked which type of data source you want to connect to and where that source is.
When you've answered those questions, your data will appear as rows in the External Data window.
The next step is to associate the data to shapes, as the next section explains.
