Removing address from list using dialog box tab

The tabs in the Junk E-mail Options dialog box provide another way to update your safe and blocked lists.

As we said, there are some tasks that you can do only while working in the Junk E-mail Options dialog box. For example, you can use the submenu commands to add people to all three lists, but you can’t use them to remove people from any list.

You can remove people from any list, however, on that list's tab in the dialog box. The picture gives an example, showing how to remove an address from the Safe Recipients List.

Another task you can't use the submenu for, but that you can do in the dialog box, is adding a domain to the Blocked Senders List or the Safe Recipients List. (The submenu does have a command for adding a domain to the Safe Senders List, but not to the other two lists.)

You may not be familiar with the term domain, but it's an important one to know when you're fighting spam. Click Next, and you'll learn what domains are and how to add them to your lists.
