To better help you learn how to use the Ribbon, we'll explain its basic arrangement:
The Ribbon is made up of different tabs. Here we've shown the Message
tab. Each tab is related to specific kinds of work that you do in Outlook. On the tabs are the commands and buttons that you've used before.
Each tab has several groups that show related items together. Basic Text
is a group.
button and the Font
list (showing the Calibri font) are commands. A command is a button, a box to enter information, or a menu. The most commonly used commands, such as the Paste
command, have the largest buttons.
