For a new-employee orientation presentation, you always need to print a handout that has room for audience notes. How can you make PowerPoint default to this printout type for this presentation?
In the Options dialog box, on the Print tab, select Use the following settings, and select this printout type.
In the Page Setup dialog box, select your preferred orientation for the default.
Select this printout type in print preview, and then, in normal view, open the Options dialog box, Print tab. Be sure that Use the most recently used print settings is selected.
Comments that you've made within a presentation will be printed, whichever printout type you choose.
