Sort order for multiple fields. The wizard will first sort by city, and then alphabetically by ContactName in each city.
Perhaps you want to sort your labels, such as by city for a bulk mailing, or by part number. It's easy to do with the Label Wizard.
To specify the field you want to sort by, just select the field and click the arrow button.
What if you want to sort based on two fields, such as by city and by last name? You can sort on more than one field—just move the fields into the Sort By list in the order that you want them applied to the sort.
For example, if you wanted to sort labels by postal code, but also have them sorted alphabetically by last name, you'd specify the City field first, then the LastName field.
